It's women’s history month and the theme for 2022 is "Women Providing Healing, Promoting Hope." As women, throughout history, we’ve taken on the roles of caretaker and nurturer in our families and communities. We are seen as strong and capable, which we most certainly are. However, at times being the strong woman can take a toll because the pressure to uphold this persona does not give us the space we need to just BE.
